No, dedicated servers are excluded from our money-back guarantee due to the pricing of setting up and disconnecting servers. Refunds will only be granted where we are lawfully obliged to do so.

With any of our services, there are no long term contracts. We need 30 days prior notice to cancel an active dedicated server due to the pricing of disconnecting servers at the data centre. Please refer our SLA for more details.

Little knowledge is needed if you opt for server with a control panel like Plesk or cPanel. However, some administration knowledge is needed if you choose not to have a control panel.

For technical support covered under our SLA, we don not levy charge. Also, you can contact our support experts who are available 24/7 through live chat or support ticket.

You have complete access over your server. All servers come with complete RDP / SSH access.

We will access your server only if it is utterly essential for us. However, we realise a few clients need full access to the server. So for such clients, we will ask them for permission to access server.

We plan to activate a server within 1 – 2 hours. However, depending upon the complexity of a server the server activation time for servers with an upgrade can take 2 – 72 hours. Please contact our team for ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival).
